About Us

Habitat for Humanity of Pennsylvania (HFHPA) is a start-up nonprofit organization affiliated with Pennsylvania Habitat for Humanity Affiliates under covenant agreement and serves the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. HFHPA is an organization open to all PA Habitat for Humanity Affiliates.  HFHPA serves as a resource to these affiliates and offers advocacy, fundraising, financial and programmatic support.  Working on behalf of the PA Habitat for Humanity Affiliates, HFHPA coordinates effective communication with Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI). 

The HFHPA will achieve these goals by direction of an Executive Director and a volunteer Board of Directors, adding staff or key partners as need.  We are confident that HFHPA will grow to provide PA Habitat affiliates with the resources they need to become successful and impactful organizations in communities throughout Pennsylvania.

 Mission
To serve the interests of the Habitat for Humanity affiliates of Pennsylvania (HFHPA) by providing resources in advocacy, fundraising, financing, programs and services; provide consistent communication and collaboration with Habitat for Humanity International, and to assist with our individual missions to provide decent, affordable housing and to make shelter a matter of conscience on a Pennsylvania state level.
